PES Difference

Bob DePasquale- Owner/Operator of PES Cleaning. With an extensive background of 25+ years experience mixed with a strong leadership, Mr. DePasquale proudly carries a defined work-ethic that shines brightly within his company. From operations, managing and organizing, to creating a long lasting impression with meticulous attention to detail for each and every client. 

In 1989, Bob started in a warehouse at 12 years old pushing a broom and emptying trash cans at his father's business. His work-ethic was formed by parents who provided an opportunity to learn the value of not only a dollar, but how to earn your way in life. Over the years, no matter what obstacles lie ahead, helping others has always been part of the agenda.  

Managing a single healthcare facility in 2008 and quickly climbing the corporate ladder, Bob earned a district manager position that duties expanded to overseeing 15 buildings throughout the state. His talents also garnered attention with Primary Children's Hospital where developing and coaching 53 employees alongside the Operating Rooms lead to implementation of training OSHA infection control standards​.

In 2014, Bob decided to leave the hospital and establish his own cleaning business. With the experience and knowledge of high standards from his past, Bob has correlated all proper practices into PES Cleaning for Commercial, Real Estate and Construction cleanings.

Throughout the past 10 years, with the help of his daughter (Hannah)  and team members, Bob and PES have grown to be one of Utah's top cleaning companies.
